The situation with the Evenki language, but also in the whole of Russia has become acute. As never before, the question of not only preservation, but also the question of the revival of the Evenki language remains relevant. There is a steady decline, as it is used by a smaller number of carriers and the language is not functional, a steady decline in the number of speakers, the language is on the verge of extinction, and the ethnic group threatens to lose not only the language, but also the original culture and identity.
