ОБРЯД ПОДНОШЕНИЯ БАЛИН ЛУУСАМ: КРАТКИЙ ОБЗОР ТЕКСТА ИЗ ФОНДОВ ЦВРК ИМБТ СО РАН

Аннотация. Статья посвящена изучению архаических пластов традиционной культуры монгольских народов, основанных на почитании воды, водных источников, и, в частности, анализу культа водных духов. Целью исследования является описание ритуала подношения балин луусам. Материалы и методы. Основным источником послужила рукопись на старописьменном монгольском языке под названием «Luus-un baling ӧgkü yosun kemegdekü orsiba» («Обычай/ритуал подношения балин луусам») из фондов Центра восточных рукописей и ксилографов Института монголоведения, буддологии и тибетологии Сибирского отделения РАН. Результаты. В статье проведен источниковедческий анализ рукописного текста, который впервые вводится в научный оборот. Установлено, что сочинение было написано Жимса по указанию гелонга Жимба в первой половине XX в. Дается краткий комментарий обряда подношения балин в тибето-монгольской ритуальной обрядности. Определены мотивы подношений во время поклонения воде и водным хозяевам; установлено, что обряд подношения балин входил в круг ритуального комплекса бурят и проводился для устранения различных болезней, напастей, града, наводнений и засухи. Приводится транслитерация монгольского рукописного текста и перевод на русский язык.
THE RITE OF BALIN OFFERING TO THE LUUSES: A BRIEF REVIEW OF THE TEXT FROM THE FUNDS OF THE CENTER OF ORIENTAL MANUSCRIPTS AND XYLOGRAPHS OF THE INSTITUTE FOR MONGOLIAN, BUDDHIST AND TIBETAN STUDIES OF THE SB RAS

Annotation. The article is devoted to the study of archaic stratum of the traditional culture of the Mongolian peoples, based on the veneration of water, water sources, and, in particular, the analysis of the cult of water spirits. The purpose of the study is to describe the ritual of offering balin to the luuses. The main source is the text of a manuscript in Mongolian called «Luus-un baling ӧgkü yosun ke-megdekü orsiba» («Custom/ritual of offering balin to luuses»). Results. The article provides a source analysis of the manuscript, the text of which is being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. It is established that the work was written by Zhimsa at the instructions of Gelong Zhimba in the first half of the XX century. A brief commentary on the balin offering ceremony in the Tibetan-Mongolian ritual ceremony is given. The motives of offerings during the worship of water and water masters were determined, it was established that the balin offering ceremony was a part of the Buryat ritual complex and was carried out to eliminate various diseases, misfortunes, hail, floods and drought. The transliteration of the Mongolian handwritten text is provided with a translation into Russian. This written source is a summary of the more extensive ritual texts consisting in the Tibetan language.
